Event Details:

Passengers are invited to wear their pajamas on the train. Passenger cars are decorated for the holidays. The Conductor will punch each child’s train ticket and the adventurous Hobo character will be riding along!

En route to the North Pole: The book, The Polar Express, will be read and music from the The Polar Express movie will be played. Passengers are served a cup of hot chocolate and a cookie by chefs. You may bring your own bottled water or snacks for the kids. There are no food or beverages available for purchase onboard.

At the North Pole, and the return portion of the tour: Santa Claus awaits the passengers (passengers are not allowed off of the train). Santa Claus boards the train and moves through the cars greeting each child, giving them their own special bell.

No discount tickets available and all ticket sales are final. Tickets are NOT mailed. Tickets are held at WILL CALL under the customer’s name.  Advance purchase is recommended.  Any unsold tickets can be purchased over the phone at 1-585-798-6106 or at the ticket counter of the Museum (opens at 11:00am).

Each guest riding in First Class car will receive upgraded seating, a beautifully decorated Polar Express mug for them to take home and additional time with Santa.
